1. DATA WE COLLECT
TekGate collects only limited technical information required to operate, secure, and support the service.
Service and device data
Device identifier or hardware fingerprint
License key, activation token, or subscription status
Connection timestamps and session status
Basic diagnostic, crash, and error logs
Website and account data
Name, email address, and in-game name you provide
Country and message text submitted in trial request forms
Payment reference and status (card details are handled by the payment provider, never by us)
IP address, browser user agent, and approximate country
Enquiry and checkout details. If you type your email address on our checkout page, we record it and are notified so we can follow up — even if you do not complete the purchase. We also record when the TekGate installer is downloaded. We use this only to understand interest in the service and to provide support. You can ask us to delete this at any time using the contact details below.
2. NO ACTIVITY LOGGING
TekGate does not log browsing activity or traffic content.
TekGate does not log, inspect, or store the following:
Browsing history
DNS queries
Traffic content
Websites visited through the service
3. HOW WE USE DATA
We use limited technical data to activate licenses, verify entitlements, maintain service availability, detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve application stability.
We may also use technical information to protect TekGate against license sharing, fraud, misuse, non-gaming activity, and attacks against our infrastructure.
5. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent you previously gave.
